Ambitron is an experimental virtual synthesizer designed for creating unique soundscapes.

Ambitron utilizes granular synthesis in two different layers each that are programmable with extensive FX and Modulation Matrix modules. It allows you to have great control over synthetic sound creation.

Ambitron comes with scores of samples built in but can also support the import of user samples in .wav format for sound creation that can be customized to user preferences and musical styles. It does not work conventionally like most software synthesizers, instead it is designed to act as an experimental laboratory for creating truly unique soundscapes for various purposes.
