Audioactive's MP3 Production Studio

This advanced encoder converts PCM files (including standard .wav files) and stores them in MP3 and compressed WAV audio formats. Once audio files are encoded, they may be used for local playback, or they may be stored on any web server for download or real-time streaming. To listen, our free Audioactive player or any of the myriad of free and shareware players that support MP3 files can be used.

The powerful encoding engine encodes two times faster than real-time on a Pentium 166MHz at 16kbps. As a professional tool for encoding audio to MP3, it converts to a wide range of bitrates: 256, 192, 160, 128, 112, 96, 64, 56, 48, 32, 24, 20, 18, 16, 8kbps. Can’t decide? The preview function allows you to listen to the audio sampled at the specified compression rate prior to encoding. This feature is particularly useful when utilizing the batch encoding capability. Drag and drop the files to automatically add them to the encoding list. Selected encoding properties can be applied individually or to entire file groups. You can preview the audio quality prior to encoding the batch. Not only is the high quality encoding fast, but you also get to the encoding process quickly and easily!

If you want to make a cd audio you can use Adaptec easy cd crator 4.0, this software allows you to make cd's from mp3or wav files format, i don't know exactly where you can find it but if you searche in any search engine (yahoo, lycos, altavista, etc, etc, etc...) you can easy find the programe... of course you have to pay... but if you don't want to pay send me and e-mail an i give you a tip from where to download for free...

the only one i've found is "mp3 cd maker", and can be found at www.zy2000.com. it $29.95 and the trial version lets u write 4 songs in cda per disk. it took me a year to find this, and, as far as i know, it's the only one that goes from mp3 to cda

if you use winamp2.22 and higher you can change the mp3 to wav files by first going to options , prefrences , output , plugins \ output , nullsoft writer plugin v1.0 (x86)[out_disk.dll] . Click on configure and select the folder you want it to put the wav file in . After you have done this to resume playing mp3s again follow the same steps but select the nullsoft waveout plugin 2.0
And that is how you go to and from wave to mp3 using winamp

cds tracks r just file headers for the audio information...if u have a burner, get .wav from the .mp3, then burn that as an audio track onto a CD
