What you do is... if the m3u is online, right-click the link to it, and click "Save Target As", and when the box comes up, make it "audio.txt", then where it says "file type" make it "all files".
Now download that, and open it up (it will be a text file) There is the link to the .mp3/.wav/etc file... you may download/stream that now ;)
