Audio CD player

I want to buy an audio CD player for my computer. I am not a geek, so I do not understand the description on this page. It seems like you use nothing but initials. Plus , it is not clear to me that after I pay for the audion I will have unlimited time use of it. Your wording is not clear to anyone over 50. Please advise. I just want to PLAY CDs and control the sound and which tracks are played.
