Software Description
It can be used for relaxation, meditation, enhancing learning capabilities, sleep induction, self-hypnosis, and more. This updated version gives you total control over all parameters used in the generated output. You can add a wide variety of new effects, including background voices or noise, up to four independent sound channels, and sound waveforms.
- Create and save your own brainwave entrainment presets
- More than 20 built-in presets ranging from sleep-induction to headache alleviation
- Supports import and export
- Save to .WAV

inaudible frequency's
: i have heard of the delta, theta, alpha, and beta frequeny's which are well below the threshold of human hearing capabilities. i have done some research into these various tones and would like to create them my self, i have heard that a recording studio is the best place to create these tone's as computer software as good as it is, it doesn,t quite get the same effect of a recording studio.
: also if these sound waves are below the capabilities of most standard hi-fi speakers how can these sound waves be played, is say for example a speakers cut off point is 20 hz.
: i have heard of people on the internet selling these tapes in these various frequency's ranges but cannot understand how most standard stereo system speakers can play them.
: i have heard of binaural techniques, and i am capable of recreating these frequencys, but i am after getting frequencys in the delta, theta alpha, and beta ranges onto to compact disc or dvd format and also i would like to know the way they are constructed.

It's not the actual frequency, it's the differency between the frequency on either side that your brain tries to make up for with a "phantom" beat and that stimulates it in different ways.

I am doing research into the effects of binaural beat and high frequency sound. The preliminary work has been done and the results are promising. Unfortunately, to complete the tests I need to obtain new software that will do the required job and I have been having difficulty finding software that has the frequency range that I need.
I am trying to find an audio generator program that will generate a minimum of two tones at the same time, each tone set at a different frequency, one tone each to right and left speakers. Both tones must be as accurate as possible (to a 10th of a hz) and be able to be set anywhere between 500hz and 20khz.
Can you put me on to a program that will meet my needs?

Check bwgen.com for software meeting the requirements you specify. Also bwgen at yahoogroups.com hosts discussions of frequencies and their effects.

I think you go on the drop down menu, and look for:
play into .wav file
That's the one that does it. I don't remember which one it's on though. Also, you want to have the preset you want to save to file active when you do this.
