Good Luck. I'd like to convert from wmv to mpg
for the very same reason. I'm looking high and
low and so far there's NOTHING.

NEVER a good sign.

MPG, MPEG which wmv is supposed to be the competitor of has better support on the web.
Larger files maybe, but, more broadly accessible.

NOTE to Microsoft: Who cares if yours is the
latest and greatest technology if only 10% of
the PCs out there can take advantage of it?
I'd rather deal in the format that the other 90%
can take advantage of than satisfy myself that
I have the latest and greatest which very few
others can see. Duh...
