Explain me, plese!!!!! #2

this is my second mesage, the first one, i wrote
a wrong e-mail, but now its ok: marcelo@infolink.com.br

I downloaded a shareware "cd box labeler" version
and I didnt get it to install it.
It show me this message after a start to zip the file:
"microsoft cmctl22.dll up date"
This system does noet need the up date....
Tell me what have I do to install it...I'd like very much
to know this program.
