Cdex cannot get srarted

Hi,when i try 2 open it,there is an error message box noting that: "the Genre table (genres.txt) has not been found in the CDex directory(tried location:J:\documents and settings\gadi\my documents\mp3\cddb\CDexgenres.txt)
Check your CDex installation!"
please let me know where can i get the missing file!
i made an uninstall and re install the program to overcome the problem with out success :-(
what am i to do?
