Clone CD

I have Clone CD version 4. I had created Image files of few DVD's on the HDD. But recently I had to change my DVD writer as the earlier went bad. But when I try to write to a blank DVD from the image file , I get a message "xyz.sub does not match to xyx.img". Is there a way to proceed further with writing from the image file to a blank DVD.
