Yes, but it is not free. You can go to www.cavsusa.co. You can buy two tools, a decoder & an encoder for about $100. From there, songs can be purchased at the prices of $1.99 or $2.99 per song(chartbuster & top hits monthly brands). If you buy 5 songs the price goes down to $1.59 per song, which isn't a bad price.
