I just looked up CD+G Software, and am downloading something called KBSTUDIO.exe you can find it at : http://www.karaokebuilder.com/kbdown.php

It's called:Karaoke Builder Studio 3.0
11 Apr 2003 (v3.0.071)

From the description it'll do what you want it to. I haven't tried it yet.
