DirectX8.1 for Win2000 ?

DirectX8.1 for Win2000 ?

Dear colleagues,
We've download the file DX81eng.exe and intent to install it on my PC with OS Win2000. However, the error happened: the system informed that DX81eng.exe is for Win98, WinME ?
So, please to help me to solve the problem ?
