Software Description
EchoFilter uses the soundcard of a pc to process income audio signals in real-time. The latest version incorporates a powerful programmable audio filter as well as a frequency counter up to 16 kHz with a 7 Hz resolution. The filter bandwidth can go down to 20 Hz and can extract signals and sounds from the audio signal that may normally be close to inaudible. Is can also be used the remove noise and unwanted sounds form the audio signal. The real-time spectrum analyzer and spectrogram gives the user an excellent visualization of the audio. The program also includes an automatic gain control, frequency shifting, graphic equalizer, audio compressor and expander, wave file player and recorder and noise reduction filters.
Demo Limitations:
- The program will run for 5 minutes, thereafter it must be restarted again. When the 5 minutes is up, the program will stop decoding data and will flash the word Demo in the status area.
- The spectrogram will only display 30 seconds of data instead of the normal 8 minutes.
- The sound recorder will only record 10 seconds of audio to a file.

Echo Filter for Windows 7
Last time I checked you did not have a version for Windows 7 but for some strange reason an active version popped up on my Widows 7 computer Your web page doesn't suggest that there is a version for 7. Can you clarify this?
