"TEMPO RANGE ERROR"

I have downloaded and installed O.K. your program "ECHO VIEW PRO". But when I wnat to execute it, a message of "TEMPO RANGE ERROR" appears in the screen and, as I can't remove it, I must reset my computer. Please tell me why this occurs and how I can make your program run. Thank you very much!
