: I've been getting the same error when trying to install publisher off the office 2000 premium CD and of course, you can't get support from MS on anything they develop. They charge us $600 and then leave us with no support ... Gates doesn't "beleive in" 800 #s for customers ... he wouldn't make enough money off us if he used them.
