Can I convert mp3s to ogg

Being crippled in a wheelchair and on a lousey pension all I do is sit in front of the computer. I even built my computer out of spare parts. But I have learned to love music. Thankyou for the free ripper. But I have tested mp3 and ogg and have found ogg sounds much better than mp3 and takes up most of the time less space than mp3. And with me free space that is important. Plus with ogg I can feel free with my beautiful enya, and Dan Gibson music and know one tells me what to listen to. Thankyou ogg creaters and the kind people who offer this fantastic free ripper, Feeling down and out half the time being in my position, I now feel so good being able to create such beautiful music with your free products. Oh and thankyou sonique and winamp ogg plays so good on these.
