missing Dynamic Link Library MPR.dll

This message appears everytime i want to boot my Windows NT 4.0 workstation as the result the boot failed.

'the dynamic link library MPR.dll could not be found in the specified path.
C:\WINNT\System;.;C:\WINNT\system32;:C..........
......'

What should i do to solve this problems?
