¿What kind of file must I select to open the program?

I downloaded the program from the oficial web page ... the instalation works great, but when I want to use the program, it´s
request me a file ... the question is ¿What kind of file? ... Thanks.

Bajé el programa desde la pagina oficial Groovemaker. La instalacion funcionó perfectamente, pero cuando quiero usar el
programa, este me pide que elija un archivo. La pregunta es, que tipo de archivo ? ... gracias.
