How do I run this demo?

The demo called gb45demo was downloaded into my computer. However, I can not run it with the multimedia I have, whith is RealPlayer. They tell me that I need to have the same multimedia in which the demo was designed in order to rut it. Could you please tell me what should I do to be able to run the demo. I appreciate your attention.

lost files

Dear sirs, I ordered your guitar book version 4.5 a while back and
loved it, but my computer crashed shortly after and i had to get a
new one. as you know your disc can not be installed twice. I spent $30.00 on it, could you please send me a copy for my new computer?
