Digital Spectrum Analyzer

Hi everyone!!! I have a design project that is a card to fit in a PCI card slot in a PC and act as a spectrum analyzer on the monitor screen.
It will have the following specifications:
1. 1 MHz real time bandwidth
2. Dual Channel Analysis Capability
3. 32 Bit handling Capability
4. High resolution FFT(may be design it to relate to 3.)
5. Ocatave analysis
6. THD, SNR including Noise Floor Measurement capability
7. Signal Generation up to 1 MHz
8. Transfer Function
9. Time Series and Phase measurement capability
10. Real time and Post Processing Capability
11. Must work on Windows 95 and up.
