IT can output midi, so set up instruments to midi channels (F4->Pitch). Put each instrument on it's own channel. You only get 16 of them out at a time, but repeat this for the rest.

Then play it and record the midi (with another computer or something like that)

Also, you might have to set up Midi Output from IT: Shift-F1

MIDI Start: FC
MIDI Stop: FF
MIDI Tick: FA
Note On: 9cnv
Note Off: 8cnv
Change Volume: Bc07 v
Change Pan: Bc A xz
Program Change: Cc p

The volumes from IT modules don't correspond to MIDI instrument volumes, so better wipe them from the module.
