Software Description

From the InTune web site:

The main purpose of the program is correction of freshly recorded musical material, particularly vocal, woodwind or brass instrument recordings, which are
highly susceptible to impurity in tune. Apart from that, InTune can be used to remove noise, edit dynamics and timing or analyse
the frequency spectrum of any sound file.

What InTune can do for you?

InTune saves hours spend on recording just to improve minor imperfections. Get your recorded sound file and let InTune do the
rest. It will analyse precisely musical tune and amplitude of the record. You just make a judgement how to change the sound.
InTune will satisfy your wishes in no time. You don't need to type any numbers to change the pitch or amplitude, just drag it with
the mouse. Don't worry if you out of the rhythm, use time link feature of the program to say when the note should begin or end.
InTune will make a time shift without changing a pitch and a colour of the sound. InTune also removes unwanted noise from the record using sophisticated Fast Fourier Transform method. The composer can be creative with InTune. The possibility of experimenting are endless.

intune software

Do all sas files have to be manually edited? Will Intune create an SAS file to suggest tuning adjustments based on the settings?

Digital Audio Editing - Inverting

I am interested in testing a digital sound editor which can produce a "negative wave" for a digial sound piece. The idea being, if one were to play the original pice and the "negative wave" piece together, no sound is emitted. can your demo do this?

Dan you need to invert the phase on the signal! Any decent editor will do that-or you can do it on the speaker leads!!!!!!!!!

DON'T do it with the speaker leads... you'll short out your amp. You could do it with the leads going into a mixer though, and mix the two signals to get them to cancel out. Otherwise, like he said, most programs can invert a wave (cooledit/adobe audition can)
