There might have been a case of a server being down, but this link just worked when I tried it.
Let me know if it still doesn't work please. I might have to complain to my provider.

: I am having difficulty accessing the tutorisl and training software. Is this only available to USA sites. Is there any other way I can utilise this software. Assistance appreciated.
