jodix free ipod converter

Can someone please help me? I have the Jodix free ipod converter and I try to convert certain TV show episodes that I downloaded into MP4 format to put on the ipod and sometimes it converts them upside down or backwards and when I put them on the ipod it is the same. Please tell me what I can do to fix this problem. Do I need to delete the program and reinstall it or get a different program?? It worked great the first few times I used it and recently it doesnt convert like I want it to.
