Software Description

I Am The Mighty Jungulator is a groundbreaking audio engine which fuses DJ, synthesizer and sampler into one real-time instrument. The user can manipulate multiple audio samples simultaneously, moulding them like putty, whilst the Jungulator keeps them in perfect time. It also has sophisticated generative algorithms that allow the software to take creative decisions itself.

For some reason people think it's an mp3-dj software, while it's not. It's a loop remixer/mangler with self generative features, intended for the experimental musician. If you're looking for a free DJ software then go with Mixxx -> http://www.hitsquad.com/smm/programs/MixxxWIN/

My copy cannot load MP3

It can't read mp3 files - the software is intended for live mashing of loops & samples (in wav format), not full songs. If you're looking for a "Virtual DJ" replacement than search for a free program called Mixxx ;)

Locking up

I downloaded this software and unzipped it but everytime I run program it locks up without fully loading. I tryed downloading it from a different website and unzipping it again, but the same thing keeps happening. Can anyone help me?

Just wait for it to fully load.. It takes 2-3 minutes here but it's worth the waiting IMO :)

Crashes on XP

After install, click on exe -- main window and status window-oven, but freezes with hourglass. Windows XP. Troubleshooting ideas or known issues? Any help appreciated.

You just have to let it 2-3 minutes to load, because of its MAX\MSP engine.
This application is great, something like a glitch/idm mini-version of Ableton Live - and it's free

This is how djing with computer should be like, not another emulation of 2 decks & a mixer! Unfortunately the file comes with a sit extension so if you're a PC user and want to try it you need Stuffit Free to open the file.
