Software Description
MIDI sequencer with GM, GM2, GS and XG support. Large Soundlibrary (80 MB Samples!!!). MIDI Event editor (list editor). Virtual MIDI keyboard, Sample-Player.
MIDI Locator is a MIDI sequencer with audio integration, track view, piano roll and list editor. The focus of MIDI Locator was set on the GM, GS, XG and GM2 support and on the visual presentation of those MIDI standards. It allows to play a MIDI sequence with an internal sample player, which also could access own wav files. Beside all system MIDI output devices.
So the typical MIDI Locator user is someone who wants to build a MIDI sequence granting the GM-, GS-, XG- or GM2-MIDI standards, to make it perfect for driving it to an external sound producing unit.
Entertainers, MIDI standard-song authors, keyboard-students, music teachers are good examples.
Or you just like to download MIDI files and record end edit a self-played real guitar to it? MIDI Locator is for you!

Wrong category
This is listed under FREE software but it's a 10 day trial unless you pay $29.00 for a licence. Considering Reaper is $60.00 and this program is about 10% as good as Reaper it's not really a great deal. I figure it's worth about $5.00 tops!!
Fixed
Thanks for that - I've reclassified it as Trial software with a 10 day trial period
Live backing tracks
Will this software trigger an audio interface/ midi controller in live application?

Being a very impatient BA*****!
How easy is it to manipulate wave files in this sequencer. Can individual note changes be made to samples(ie fruity loops) as well as midi?
Any feedback welcome,
Cheers!!
