Magix incompatible with technology upgrades

If you buy a Magix product, never upgrade your computer to a "better" operating system if you want to continue using the program. I currently own 5 Magix products. I upgraded to ME... then XP. Some products will no longer load on the computer ("not compatible with operating system"). The response from the Magix customer support is essentially, "...bummer, I guess you're out of luck" with no offer to resolve the situation. They didn't even try to sell me another one of their products... It's too bad. I like some of the features, but will not give my money to a company with such little regard for their customers. I'll buy Cakewalk instead.
