: Until recently, have been able to download "Webshots" photos and send them as cards, selecting music as a background to photo. Am currently able to download photos, but unable to get any music to play. Wrote webshots, and they said I must have the above mentioned format player...don't I have it already, if I was able to get this background music before...and, if I do have it, where is it now, and how to I re-activate it? Thanks for your help. Bill Atkinson.
