Programable editor and librarian for any MIDI device.
MIDI Editor is a powerful MIDI manager designed to work with any MIDI device: just enter the parameters of your device, plug in the MIDI cables, and there you go. You can even design your own edition windows! Two help files are available (english and french version). Numerous presets are furnished for Alesis, Casio, E-mu, Kawai, Korg, Roland, Sequential, Yamaha and more.

Hola soy hubel, soy de peru me preguntaba si me puedes enviar una version de
tu programa para prueba pero, que funcione solo en una 386 con 2mb de memoria
no es necesario que reprodusca el archivo midi, pues no poseo una Sound Blaster
solo quiero la posibilidad de leer las notas musicales del archivo midi para poder
tocarlas en instrumentos reales.

There is a Program which Allows you take an Alesis formated disk from the Alesis data disk storage unit and rearange the sequences on that disk in a PC without having to transfer it via thru midi cables.I,d like to back up my work that is stored on my alesis formated disks.

There is a program that allows to you to copy the Alesis formatted disk to your PC for back-up and copy new files to the disks. It also allows the ability to do an Alesis format from a PC 720KBs only.
You can also convert your midi files to Alesis files and store them in one directory.

Change of Key
A lot of midi editors lack the basic skill to convert
from one key to another. I play a b-flat clarinet and
want to play music from piano on it but music for the
piano is written in C. I have found only one midi editor
so far that can do this conversion, yet it does not open
midi files.
If you know of any program that can open midi files and
do changes of key please tell me the name.

Need to make mono midi into stereo midi
To whom it may concern:
I know nothing -- maybe less than nothing -- about midi editors.
Here's my problem:
* I use the "Mozart music processor" by David Webber, and have made FORMAT 1 Midis after scoring the music. (The music involved at present is scored on what the processor calls Channel 1, 2, 3 etc., matching up to the number of staves I used.)
* I have Windows 3.1 (don't want to go to Windows 95).
The QUESTION:
Will your music midi-editor allow me to read the existing FORMAT 1 midi, and edit it so that I can produce a stereo effect?
If not, do you know what I need and where I can get it?

I also do not use beWilderers 95.
I know nothing about the Moz. Music processor, but I am stereo-ing my own MIDIs using the registered version of Music Sculptor for Windows 3.1 by Guido Struben, email: struben@bigfoot.com
The only trouble is that this version has a bug in it that can be annoying, and Guido is "too busy" to fix it. However, I can guide you through if you go ahead and buy it.
