Ah. That's the job of the text editor. After all, that's the tool you use to display and edit the text file. (My utility does only the conversion of MIDI to text, and vice versa). Most text editors allow you to specify the line that you wish to jump to. Yours may well do that already. Check the menus for such a command. If not, I highly recommend the Programmer's File Editor (PFE), a freeware Windows text editor that has this, and many more features. I use this to edit my text files.
