Software Description

MP3 Decoder also can be used solely as a playlist generator. The decode file list can be saved as a winamp playlist for MP3 playback. MP3 Decoder offers a very sophisticated interface that was designed for features, functionality, and ease of use. Most every aspect of the program is customizable.

: Sound Forge can do this but the files arent exactly regular midi files, they are converted into Sound Forge's own type of midi file and i am not sure exaclty what they are, but i know that the only way you can play these files is in Sound Forge.

Nice try, but there is no chance you are gonna find a free CD burner. CD Burners are the way of data storing of the future, and average about $200 for a good one, ATLEAST. Sorry, quit searching for a free one, there's no way you'll find one. Guaranteed.
