Hi lacy this is Melvin Bunch. I believe that America.exe is a part of aol. That is if you are a aol member. If you are uninstall then reinstall your aol. Cause I saw mine was missing something and when I reinstalled it it worked. Though if it says something about active x, go to internet ex on your icon, right click it and go to properties, and go to security, take all your active x controls off just for now except the last one. You need that one on high. Once you downloaded yahoo, go back to your internet explorer security setting and put everything to default. If that doesn't answer your question I don't know what to tell you but I think it will. If it does can you do me a favor and pass this on to a person or two one person that's having the same problem. Thank you

All you guys have to do is install WinZip or any other file compression/decompression utility. If you want to use WinZip, just go to http://www.winzip.com.
