Software Description

MUTE File Sharing is a new peer-to-peer network that provides easy search-and-download functionality while also protecting your privacy.

MUTE File Sharing compiles as a fast, native application for many platforms (no Java, no Python, etc.).

New in v0.5.1

  • Fixed an infinite loop bug that occurred when there was only one working host cache.
  • Upgraded to Crypto++ v5.4. MUTE should now compile using GCC 4.1
  • Changed to fetch latest list of host caches from MUTE website.
