MediaFace II

I thought this version from 2001 was freeware. I used it at our church and would like it for my home computer but feel like I was deceived.

Don't bother trying to get support from Neato. They don't seem to care about this program. I am completely dissatisfied with their non-response to me e-mail. Besides, you can get the same CD labels at Office Depot for about 2/3rds the price of the Neato labels. Don't download it...

Printing Labels

Sirs, I have a 2300C HP scanner and when I scan a label and try to import it to your label maker I cannot get it to fit. I have talked with HP and they told me to get in touch with you. Is there some new drivers that might help or something. I have Windows ME. Please can you help.

Can not print

I am running Windows 2000 with 800 mhz pentium iii processor and 1 gig on memory. I am getting a message "Insufficient memory to print. Close other applications and try again". I have no other applications to close. I rebooted, same message, I uninstalled MediaFace and my printers, still can not print. What's going on and what can I do to fix this problem.

Re: Can not print

I'm not postive here but i think your problem is in windows 2000. I've read lot of reviews on windows 2000 and theres alot of shortcomeings in the Operating System. I think that you need new drivers for your printer. Or upgrade to windows XP. I have a coumpter with 2000 and a coumpter with XP. I have problems with 200 also. But none with XP. I love windows XP.

Printing problem

I have Design Software & Image Library v1.2.
I recently change my Op sys to windows 2000, since then when I try and print, a window comes up saying "Not enough resources to run, close other applications and try again" I am running with 128 ram and I had no other applications running.
Please help

This is an excellent full featured program but you need (free)upgrade to most current version. The support staff is very good.
