Adds three small audio control buttons (play, stop, rewind) and three application control buttons (mode, minimize, exit) to the Windows desktop.

If selected, displays a progress slider below the buttons.

Starts playback of a wave file if the name of the file is given as a command line argument.

If no file name is given as a command line argument, a file open dialog is displayed.

Floats on top of other windows on the desktop, is movable.

Can save files (use the pop up menu activated by pressing the right mouse button above the button bar), and load files.

Very useful with a web browser, and as an associated viewer in File Manager.
