Sometime it crashes and price!

Why this tools for XS are so expensive? Yamaha XS Tools are Free.

I have Download the Demo 1.2.0 and sometimes the Program crashes under WinXP Pro SP3 and close all XS Tools Windows.
Is this only in the Demo Version?
