Software Description

Munoise is a DirectX Audio Plug-In for noise reduction. It is designed to reduce the amount of background noise from any audio data. Munoise processes continuous noise (i.e. no clicks or pops), and is optimized for white noise, which is the most common one, currently generated by magnetic tapes or electronic components.

The purpose of noise reduction is to separate a given signal from another. The original signal can often be affected by the operation, particularly for middle or high levels of noise. Munoise has been based on a wavelet packet analysis method, which should let the signal sound as natural as possible.

Munoise supports 16-bit and 24-bit mono and stereo audio formats. Internal processing is performed with floating-point accuracy.

Munoise is not a stand-alone application. It requires an host program that supports DirectX Plug-Ins, such as Sound Forge, n-Track Studio, Cool Edit, and many others.

Munoise

Definitely, the best noise reduction
program I've encountered. For the
price, it's a steal. But maybe I shouldn't say that, so you'll soon get
my 40$ Mr. Mamdy before your price tag
changes.

I use the program within Sonar, and it doesn't affect the music AT All! That's
all we really want, right?

So simple to use, you don't need to be
a technician wiz to operate it.

Toutes mes félicitations, M. Mamdy.
