NYCompressor is a lightweight all-round compressor with a ratio of up to 1:10, up to four inputs to support true sidechaining and optional low-, band- or high-pass filters in the signal detection path. Arbitrary amounts of the original signal can be mixed to the output ("New York compression style").

New in v1.2

• In the previous version, the choice of the filter in the compressing signal was sometimes "jumping around"; this has been fixed.
• In Logic (Mac OS X) true sidechaining is now also possible, as in all other hosts already.
• An option to choose between "hard knee" and "soft knee" response has been added.
