This utility is an excellent editor for persons wanting to get started in digital audio. No frills,but it works like a dream. Incorruptible! I design sound for gaming machine environments, and the final test is always, "Is it mixed for 8-bit mono"? If it passes the Noisemaster finale, it's ready to go!
