doesnt matter if your 'few' users have made comments about these problems or not:

major latency problems
no adjusting bass equalization

THEY ARE STILL MAJOR PROBLEMS- ADMIT IT

help balloons was a total disaster for you to implement - LOL - you spent ALL THAT TIME implementing stupid help balloons when you SHOULD have been spending the time putting in much needed features, like undo... track mute/solo... VST...
