I haven't attacked you ray, in the past you have always been the instigator with your insultive comments towards med users. I have never sent spam to the users either- each was sent one message explaining that there were comparison charts offered between med and the far superior ReNoise. That is totally legal and reasonable. No further messages have been sent.
You also know that on the med forum, you edit users' messages and insert your own comments and pass it off as if it was theirs, therefore slandering and creating false impressions of the user who is posting the message. Of course, you won't admit it- that's obvious and I don't expect you to admit it. But yourself, other users and myself know that this is your normal practice and it's very fraudulent and dishonest- a personailty trait that you have proven you have. This also shows up with your neverending promises to have V2 out by 2001, but have been broken EVERY single time.

You periodically threaten me with your 'lawsuit' garbage and 'i'll see you in court' hooplah, and yes, these ARE threats from YOU to ME which have no foundation- they 'might' hold a bit of credibility if I was sending you hate mail and death threats, CONSTANT harrassment, but that is NOT the case on my end- if that's what's happening, then trace IP addresses with your internet provider and you'll see they don't correspond with my address. Why do you forget that there are WAY more people than just myself who don't like you? You've offended SO many users in the past and have had SO many disputes with others, what makes you think they're still not around?
Therefore, you have NO case against me- you reply with the same argument towards me all the time, and you never hesitate to indulge in heated discussions with me, always sending your insultive and demeaning remarks to me (every E-mail ever sent to me from you and your family has been archived from the start- there's plenty of proof in there of your actions towards me in the past)... this shows that this is a 2-way dispute that has been going on for a long time and that both participants are willing and have been willing to carry this on from day one. It's like two neighbours fighting for years- none ever get involved with trouble in the law because it's a two-way battle and both are responsible, regardless of where it originated.
