Missing CTL3D.DLL drive

I can't run my audio player from the accesories menu. The popup says I am missing my CTL3D.DLL file. I did not have this problem until Macafee antivirus froze my system when loading the antivirus program. Should I be able to add this file from another pc or should I have to reinstall Windows 98?
