: I can't run my audio player from the accesories menu. The popup says I am missing my CTL3D.DLL file. I did not have this problem until Macafee antivirus froze my system when loading the antivirus program. Should I be able to add this file from another pc or should I have to reinstall Windows 98?

I'm having a different kind of problem. I try to run a "cartoon" program but for some reason I can't use it. I un-installed the program but when I try to re-install the program I get the message that the CTL3D file is already in use and I can't figure out why.

I look at the programs currently running and I can't find one.
