Working in XP perfectly so far. I went throught the same search, install & fail on about 5 other programs & drivers. I thought I would have to use the kids old computer to run the old manager. I happy that there are developers out there solving issues like this. Thanks

: Amazingly, it does work on WinXP! This is about the 5th program I've downloaded trying to get my old PMP300 working with XP, and it works flawlessly.
