The way I see it, the synthesizer of the RAP-10 works under Windows 31/95/98/ME when using the Roland, Microsoft or Cakewalk(?) MPU-401 driver. It's better to reserve an IRQ (9 or ?) in the BIOS of your PC (Set IRQ ? to LEGACY/ISA).
The audio part of the card is not compatible with DirectX (cf : Windows98 CD) and there doesn't seems to be an updated driver available; it should work under Windows 3.1/95 (Don't install the latest Internet Explorer).
I haven't found any MPU-401 driver for Windows NT/2000/XP.
Buy a "$50" 486, install the RAP-10 on it, run it under Windows3.1 or W95 and access its synth through MIDI, it should work OK.
