Use the Microsoft MPU-401 driver that comes with Windows. It's in the Microsoft section of the drivers list (Add New Hardware, Choose from a list... I think, my Windows is in French!).

Unfortunatly the audio won't work but at least you can still use the pretty good GM synth of the card.

I think the RAP-10 will never work with Windows ME because Roland did not see the future the same way than Microsoft when they conceived this card.

I remember reading something about the RAP-10 in a readme file on the Win95 osr2 CD or on the Win98 CD, I don't remember exactly what it said but it was no good.
