Renoise supports WAV rendering, WAV export, WAV import in 32-bit float point or 16-bit, up to 96 kHz (or 44.1 or 22.5), with 2 interpolation modes: Cubic (near perfect) or Sinc (perfect). Renoise also loads loop points in WAV files. So in short... yes it supports WAV's :-)
