Looking for a hip hop promoter

Whats up.
I am looking for a promoter for a hip hop artis.
We have a lebel, We have A full 16 song CD to be released this summer. we have T-shirts, I mean really we have everything except major promotion and distribution not just for this artist but for the whole label.
