SharpEye 2 is a music OCR program. It enables you to scan in printed music and convert the image into a MIDI or NIFF file. The result is displayed in a music notation editor which has tools for spotting and correcting any errors. It can deal with multiple staves per system, multiple voices per stave, and recognises many musical symbols as well as lyrics. A low cost version (SharpEye 1) is also available.
