Linux has gotten to be pretty easy to use and install, but there are always a few applications that have problems on one version of Linux or another due to differences in either the loaded libraries or where the libraries are stored. It would be nice if the guys packaging the OS could at least have a standard framework. Also, I'm positive that many people would be willing to pay a reasonable price for software that worked well. I still run windows just so I can use Cakewalk's GuitarTracks Pro, 'cause I keep striking out trying to get Slab running on SuSE 8.0.
